From your first call to an installed, maintained camera system — here's exactly what to expect, and what's included at every stage.

The process

Four steps from enquiry
to protection.

Engineer installing camera system in vehicle
01
Get in touch

Tell us about your fleet — how many vehicles you operate, whether you own or lease them, and what's prompted the enquiry. There's no obligation at this stage. We'll have an honest conversation about whether our system is right for you.

  • Call, email, or use the quote form
  • Works for single vehicles and large fleets
  • Suitable for owned and leased vehicles
  • No obligation, no sales pressure
02
Free site survey

One of our engineers will visit your premises to assess your vehicles and specify the exact installation. We'll advise on camera placement, cable routing, and the most appropriate system for your needs and budget — completely free of charge.

  • Carried out at your location
  • Each vehicle assessed individually
  • Written specification provided
  • Completely free of charge
03
Professional installation

Our engineers carry out the full installation at your premises. Most single-vehicle installs are completed in one visit. We'll demonstrate how to access footage before we leave, and ensure your staff feel confident using the system.

  • Installed at your location — no travel required
  • Typically completed in a single visit
  • No damage left on leased vehicles
  • Full staff demonstration on completion
  • Systems moveable between vehicles
04
Ongoing support

Rental customers receive a full maintenance package as standard. If anything goes wrong — a lens scratch, water damage, a technical fault — we fix it. You're not left managing an ageing camera system alone.

  • Full maintenance package included (rental)
  • Lens replacement and repair covered
  • Technical support from our engineers
  • Backup service included as standard
What's installed

What's covered

Maintenance included.
Nothing to manage.

Repairs and replacements

Lens scratches, water ingress, cable faults, and equipment malfunctions are all covered under the rental maintenance package — repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Servicing and cleaning advice

Our technicians advise on keeping cameras clean and functioning correctly. Keeping lenses clear is the single most important maintenance task — we'll show your staff how.

Technical support

If you can't access footage or have questions about the system, our team is available by phone or on-site if required. You're never left to figure it out alone.

Why maintenance matters for safeguarding

A camera system that isn't working is worse than no camera system — it creates a false sense of security. Our maintenance package ensures that when an incident occurs, your footage is there. Every time.

This is why we built maintenance into the rental model as standard, not as an optional extra.

Common questions

What schools
usually ask us.

Will installation damage our leased minibus?

No. Our systems are fully removable with no trace of damage left on the vehicle. This is one of the reasons schools with leased fleets choose our rental model — the system moves with you, not the vehicle.

How long does installation take?

Most single-vehicle installations are completed in one visit. We carry out all installations at your premises — there's no need to take your vehicle anywhere. We'll arrange a time that minimises disruption to your schedule.

Can the system be moved if we change vehicles?

Yes. The system is fully portable and can be transferred between vehicles. If your fleet changes, we'll arrange for reinstallation — this is covered under the rental maintenance package.

How do we access footage after an incident?

Footage is stored on an SD card in the DVR unit and downloaded to a desktop or laptop using MDVR software. You can review by date, time, and camera. We demonstrate this fully at installation and provide written guidance.

What if a camera is damaged or stops working?

Rental customers are covered by our full maintenance package — we repair or replace faulty equipment at no cost. For purchased systems, a separate maintenance agreement is available. Contact us to discuss.

Do you install outside your local area?

Yes — we operate nationally. Our team of engineers covers the full UK. Distance is not a barrier to enquiry and we'll confirm coverage when you get in touch.
